Car spoiler for a better drive
A car moves through atmospheric air on the road. As the car moves the air exerts pressure on it. One would presume that the pressure would be in the direction opposite to the one in which the car is moving. No doubt, it is correct to a large extent, but the air also exerts pressure in another direction. A fast moving car would experience an upwards thrust. If the car happens to be particularly light, its grip on the road will be lessened due to the upwards thrust. The car spoiler is of use in countering the upwards thrust.
An airplane wing enables the plane to take off from the ground when the plane moves fast on the runway. This is because the airplane wing generates an upward force on the airplane. The function of a car spoiler is just the opposite. It generates a downward force on the car. It keeps the car firmly on the road. Its grip on the road is stronger. The drive becomes safer.
Usually a car spoiler is made of molded plastic, or fiberglass, or resin or even aluminum. You can have a car spoiler in a design that matches the looks of the car. It can be of a color that goes with the color of the car. If the desired color is not available, you can have it painted in the right color.
