Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Governor for California, and film star, has been spotted driving around California in an incredible vintage Mercedes Excalibur, costing in the region of £50,000. The car is a cream coloured classic model, with shockingly expensive beige leather seats.
The car buff relinquished his collection of hummers when he became governor, as he had promised to reduce the pollution in the state by half, and was contributing a considerable amount himself through the use of these vechicles. He has a liking for motorbikes too, with a Harley Davidson being his pride and joy. He was involved in a crash on this very vehicle, when taking his son Patrick out for a spin, and had to have fifteen stitches at the local hospital.
The 62 year old actor was spotted by avid car buffs, cruising the streets of California after visiting the exclusive Maxfield boutique on Melrose Avenue, clearly proud of his beautiful car.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, hit the news when he was first elected as governor, as he started Americas biggest car boot sale, auctioning off all the seized items that California police had sitting around. This included a 1995 Ford Mustang with 48,000 miles on the clock, that had been seized by police years ago.
In the UK, Arnie would have a job insuring such a precious car. He should probably opt for something a little less valuable when on the roads here, and look online for Car Insurance Quotes to save him a bit more money, to spend on his lovely car in the USA.
