Feel Young Again In A Powerful Sports Car
Once you hit the ages of 35-40 you finally realize that you’re not getting any younger and that your life is what it is. You have a decent job but it’s too late now to become the NBA basketball player or famous pop star you’ve always dreamed of becoming. You’re pretty much halfway through your life without reaching all those lofty goals that you set out for yourself a long time ago. These thoughts can be quite uncomfortable (for me personally anyway). This is called having a mid-life crisis. Luckily with age comes more disposable income and there’s nothing that can make a man or woman feel younger and alive again than a shiny red sports car with a bumping stereo system with a ton of power. Here are some cars that can add a bit of spice to a mundane life.
Corvette – How can you not feel a bit more youthful when you hear the roar of a 6.2 Liter V8 engine? The 2011 Corvette is extremely fast, hitting the 0-60 mark in just 4.2 seconds. 430 HP packed under the hood will ensure that you will zoom past by those much younger guys and girls (in their Accords and Civics) and leave them behind in the dust. The base model is competitively priced at around $44k.
Nissan 370Z – Whereas the Corvette has a reputation as a popular choice for guys having a midlife crisis, the 370Z is simply young and sporty. The exterior is super sleek with a modern design and fluid clean lines. 332 HP gives the base model less power than the Corvette but it’s still packs a powerful punch. This sexy car is guaranteed to get you lots of nods of approval and admiring glances on the freeway. The 370Z is priced in the $35k range.
Ford Mustang GT – The Mustang really makes a statement, especially in a bold color like red or black. Not only does this car have a young vibe about it but it also is often associated with the rebellious sixties. This iconic muscle car includes a thunderous engine with a total of 412 horsepower. The Mustang comes in two trims, base or premium and is also available as a convertible
Realizing that life is not eternal is a hard pill to swallow. You may not be able to turn back the hands of time but you can definitely feel young again in a sexy new sports car. You may have settled for an ordinary life in the suburbs but you can still receive a quick thrill every time you step behind the wheel.
